Background: During pregnancy, the risk of severe manifestation COVID-19 with a worse maternal outcome can become higher because alteration in immune system and physiological function. In infection, several studies also stated increased disease advanced age (AMA). Considering that death case rates advanced-aged pregnant women were high, special attention should be focused on this matter. There was still little study as well. Therefore, aims to evaluate risks outcomes age-pregnancy COVID-19. Method: The method used paper is Literature Review which aspires analyze maternal-age pregnancy. databases source search are PubMed, Google Scholar, JAMA, AJOG. keywords for age, COVID-19, Results: mortality morbidity AMA who had than non-AMA women. Severe conditions patients. They at having ICU admission intubation. Advanced-aged mothers more likely have comorbidity including obesity. adverse pregnancy outcomes. Conclusion: aged-pregnant comorbidities, outcomes, mortality. early identification needs done identify management patients
